A decade after his first triumph, Faker led T1 to a fifth World title with a 3–2 victory over BLG, earning back-to-back championships and Finals MVP. From prodigy to legend, his legacy keeps growing.
After seven years, Faker claimed his fourth World title, this time with a new generation of teammates. He led with experience, won with grace, and dedicated the victory to those around him.
Faker dominated once again, winning his second MSI and reaching a third straight Worlds final. But it ended in heartbreak: a 0–3 loss to Samsung Galaxy, and a rare moment where even legends cried.
After a stumble in 2014, Faker returned stronger than ever. In 2015, he led SKT to reclaim the World Championship, a powerful redemption arc. Then in 2016, he made history again, becoming the first player to win back-to-back Worlds. These two years marked the peak of his dominance, a time when no one could challenge the throne.
Faker burst onto the professional scene in 2013 and immediately took the world by storm. In his debut year, he led SK Telecom T1 to a dominant World Championship victory, marking the beginning of a legendary career.
